SESSION BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, COUNTY EDUCATION OFFICERS, COUNTY EXECUTIVES, DIVISION OFFICERS, PRINCIPALS, PRINCIPALS OF SCHOOLS TO DISCUSS THE CHALLENGES AND PLAN STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE EDUCATION IN KISARAWE DISTRICT.
Today on 17/12/2020 the Executive Director of the Council Mr. Mussa Gama had a working session between the Ward Education Officers, Divisional Officers, School Principals and Head Teachers. The guest of honor, Brother Mussa Gama, opened the session by welcoming the participants to the working session and congratulating the participants and urging them to continue working hard to bring about positive development. Brother Gama said the council has spent more resources than we have achieved.
In addition, Brother Gama urged everyone to have a ruling party manifesto in order to act in accordance with the party's manifesto and ensure success within Kisarawe District increases.
At the same time, Brother Gama quoted the saying, “Make a tree good or bad and its fruit will be recognized.” It is good for us to work hard so that good fruit will grow. If we are diligent in educating and teaching students well, we will eliminate Zero in all our schools.
Gama said "The aim of the working session is to discuss the challenges and formulate a good strategic plan to solve all the challenges to raise education in our Kisarawe Council"
Primary Education Officer Mr. Bane also urged school principals and head teachers to manage school discipline in accordance with the Education Guidelines for them. He said If there is discipline starting from teachers then even children will be disciplined and success will increase.
At the meeting, Secondary Education Officer Patrick Gwivaha emphasized the need to work professionally, to be creative and to remind ward executives, ward education officers, school principals and head teachers about their responsibilities and to manage them.
The official guest gave the opportunity to the Chief Medical Officer Mr. Sobo who asked the participants to provide improved health insurance education for students to join in large numbers because it will help them in treatment when they are in schools. within Kisarawe especially for those who are going to start studies. Mr. Sobo also asked the ward officials and Divisional Officers to oversee the service delivery centers in the areas to quickly identify the challenges and ensure that the people have access to appropriate services.
Finally, the Executive Director of Kisarawe District Council, Mr. Gama urged the participants to plan programs that will be productive in the issue of education within the Kisarawe District Council and assured them that all plans and strategies will be implemented and given priority.
